The villa is 1100 sq metres with 4 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, a large 62sq metre lounge and dining room which seats 14. A fully equiped kitchen including an oven, washing machine etc etc. The Villa can sleep up to 10 people with the inclusion of 2 sofa beds if required. All bed linen and towels are supplied. There is a large BBQ Sala area with BBQ which seats 10 which is adjacent to the swimming pool and a fridge to keep the beer cold. Also adjacent to the swimming pool are 2 sun terraces equipment with sun beds and a very large garden,500 sq metre , which is landscaped with tropical plants, Palm trees and Coconut palms. The Villa is completely enclosed by a 7 foot wall for privacy.
